* Added preferences with a setting for the openssl command line tool to use, to
enable SHA-256 for Leopard users if they install openssl via MacPorts.
* Replaced the AppKit-version based check for SHA-256 with a
capabilities-based check on the configured openssl command line tool.
* Bumped version to 1.9.
